Established in 2004, the Kinsky dal Borgo A.S. company, whose headquarters are in Chlumec nad Cidlinou, has a fresh spirit and vision to carry on the family tradition of forest management. It owns and manages over 7,200 hecatres of wooded terrain. Through wise management,  careful stewardship, sustainable forestry, and modern environmental science, the company is dedicated to providing superior lumber products to customers and while providing jobs and economic opportunity to the region. The company  owns and manages a recently built sawmill to satisfy customer needs and utilize forest products most efficiently.

It also owns and manages the two castles, Kost and Karlova Koruna, which have historically always belonged to the Kinsky family. These are currently museums and settings that can be rented for weddings and other occasions.

The company owns and has rented out Hotel Obora, and organizes hunting activities on its 9 hunting preserves.
